Parent-Child Interaction Therapy

Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) is an evidenced-based program of therapy for kids ages 2-7 with trauma, behavioral difficulties, or social/emotional challenges.

PCIT is a game-changer for families that are struggling with negative behavior patterns. Oppositional Defiance, abuse, trauma, and many other behaviors can be helped through PCIT Therapy.

What is a Session Like?

After evaluating your family interactions, your therapist will teach you specific skills to address attachment and behavior issues in your child.  They will then help you to learn a new, healthier way to interact with your child and will coach you every step of the way.
