Refund & Cancellation Policy
A full refund, minus a $100 processing fee, can be requested any time up to 2 weeks prior to the training. After that, a credit will be issued that can be used for a later training with Positive Presence Training Solutions, LLC. in lieu of a refund. If we are able to fill your spot from a wait list, we will issue a full refund minus a $100 processing fee as long as your request is made at least 72 hours prior to training start.

Cancellation Policy
We hope we never have to use this policy, but just in case, we reserve the right to cancel any training and issue a full refund to participants if any of the following conditions occur: 1) a presenter becomes ill or has an emergency and is unable to present on the scheduled day and an appropriate alternate is not available. 2) a class is underfilled (less than 20 participants) within 1 week of class start date or 3)the class venue cancels or is closed and we are unable to secure another appropriate venue for the same date/time/general location.
